Building the team, continuously
No HR department, no endless interview rounds. Show us what you can do - a portfolio or code says more than a CV.
WordPress / PHP developer
Bedrock, Sage, clean code without page builders. WooCommerce and performance experience a plus.
Frontend developer
Tailwind, Alpine.js or React. An eye for detail, animation and pixel-perfect results.
Performance marketer
Google Ads, Meta, analytics. Someone who reads data and understands business, not just campaigns.
Copywriter with SEO sense
Copy that sells and ranks. AI tools as leverage, not a crutch.
AI & automation specialist
Chatbots, agents, automations (Make, n8n, APIs). You build solutions that save clients hours daily.
UX/UI designer
Figma, design systems, a feel for typography and modern trends. Your portfolio tells us everything.
Business development
You understand digital and know how to listen. Commission-based with no ceiling.
